To keep your adjustable tamper performing at its best, clean it gently after each use.
Wipe the stainless-steel base with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove any coffee residue. Dry immediately to preserve the finish and avoid moisture entering the adjustment mechanism.
Avoid immersing the tamper in water or exposing it to excessive moisture, as this may affect the threaded depth system or the internal spring mechanism. Do not use abrasive pads or chemical cleaners on the base or the handle.
For the handle, simply wipe with a dry cloth. Make sure no coffee grounds accumulate around the adjustment ring or threaded section a soft brush can help remove fine particles.
Do not place the tamper in the dishwasher.
Store it in a dry, cool location, away from humidity and heat, to protect both the metal components and the internal spring system.
