AS SOON AS YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING EMAIL WITH A DIRECT LINK TO THE CARRIER.

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
WE OFFER A 30-BUSINESS-DAY RETURN POLICY. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST.
TO BE ELIGIBLE:
- THE PRODUCT MUST BE NEW, UNUSED, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS.
- PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

8. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LYNEVA ACCESSORIES ?
WE RECOMMEND GENTLE CLEANING WITH WARM WATER AND THOROUGH DRYING AFTER EACH USE. SOME STEEL OR WOODEN COMPONENTS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED IN THE DISHWASHER, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE PRODUCT INFORMATION SHEET.

WE ONLY DELIVER WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
